[MilCom] E-4B departure

Got a picture of E-4B 73-1676 departing Patrick AFB in the rain. It is a  
view of an E-4B that you don't get to see too often. The two circles in the 
tail  are the ends of the very low frequency antenna cables that spool out 
for miles  behind the plane in flight.
