[MilCom] GOLIATH in Southeast

Currently hearing GOLIATH working on 279.725with YEAGER flight  and 236.7 (Atlanta Center at Crossville). I have never heard AWACS use 236.7 as a discrete. 279.725 is very strong at about s-7 and the comms on 236.7 are very weak and not moving the S meter. Anyone else hearing this can add to what I am hearing? Possibly two separate AWACS?
