370.100 Still a very strong signal here & in addition to data, some 
clear voice just noted on one subcarrier.  Probably working the GEP 
sites at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH & Signal Mountain, TN.  He also must 
still be in the north part of his orbit since I'm getting a stronger 
signal signal (+30dB) on a Yagi antenna cut for 312.0 MHz (& pointing 
north) than on a discone: 1952 UTC WBFM (05/FEB/2011) (JLM)
