 The 2nd Tacamo E6 is at FL280 just south of Lexington, KY. tail no 164410.  He appears to be in a north south orbit.

370.100 burning w/ Tacamo E6 w/broken transponder so no tail no. on the Radarbox at FL360 approx 25nm n/e of Bowling Green, KY.  Voice now on ZME 124.125 w/ c/s SHADO 22 heading west.
