[MilCom] CHILL 21

I have CHILL 21 (B-52H 5th BW, Minot AFB, ND) working Snyder Bomb Plot in
the Lancer MOA out in West Texas advising he will be in the area for 2 hours
working targets.  Freq. 283.725 - This is the first time I've heard a Minot
B-52 in the area although I did hear one yesterday that sounded like Chill
but I wasn't able to confirm so it appears some of the Minot Buff's are
playing in Texas this week.  I hear the Barksdale B-52s in the area all the
time.
