     8992.0 was active at 0440z with REINDEER (good levels with deep
fading) bcsting the 28-character JYSDIP.  Fair/good levels on 11175.0
with nothing heard on 4724.0 or 15016.0.  Closed with the standing by
for traffic statement and gone.
