     8992.0 was active at 0410z with an unknown player (two words; too
weak at conclusion to capture the id; good to week levels - deep
fading) bcsting a 28-character EAM (JYSDI?) and simulcasting on at
least 11175.0 (weak to unheard levels) with nothing heard 4724.0 and
15016.0.  He concluded the string with the standing by for traffic
statement.  H+10/h+40 activity.
