[MilCom] 11175.0 - ANDREWS

     11175.0 was active at 1140z+/- with ANDREWS bcsting a
102-character EAM (E2RTSQ) containing distinctive formatting (lots of
numbers and repetitive characters packed into a relatively small
string.

     11175.0 was active at 1200z with ANDREWS (weak with lots of
propagation artifacts on signal; often unreadable) bcsting an unknown
count E2 string (maybe _7 characters) and the 102 character E2RTSQ.

     At the conclusion of E2RTSQ, TEST FLY (or sounds like; weak with
propagation artifacts) came up on freq with a "standing by for
traffic" statement.  A few seconds later he worked OFFUTT (weak/mostly
readable) briefly and gone.
