[MilCom] CAP activity

For the last 1 ½ hours, I’ve been catching some CAP activity on the
following:

148.125 (123.0) CAP Ch. 2

143.550 (123.0) CAP Input

Three operators have been heard, GOLDENROD-702, 718, & 724. 718 has been
calling out coordinates to the other two units. This seems to be some sort
of exercise, as the teams report back to 718, they are given a fresh set of
instructions and coordinates to drive to next. This is all taking place
around Prattville, AL.
