     8992.0 became active at 0245z with a player (out of the noise
floor to weak/fair before fading back into the floor; two word call;
maybe COLD ____; maybe what I hear earlier as HOME OWNER; male opr)
finishing the 150-character W3TZ3F, more to follow, and into the
123-character W3GCBH but faded into noise floor at start of string.
Suggests h+10/h+40 activity.  Maybe TACAMO LANT.
