0244z  128.200  MOTIF 43  wkg Boston Center descending to Bangor.
0244z  311.000  MOTIF 43  wkg Maineiac OPs, Inbound need 60k on gas,
need a couple power carts and B2 stand for post AR inspection before
taking on fuel.  Asked if their company was there yet.  Said it should be
another big white jet out there.  Asked if Bangor had NATO PPR number.
Said they have one but Bangor already knew they were coming.

He spelled his callsign out for Bangor.  MIKE OSCAR TANGO INDIA FOXTROT
New callsign for me.  Any ideas SBS people?  Probably a NATO KC-135
