[MilCom] 7980.4 77 CHARLIE?

7980.4  77 CHARLIE (sounds like) calling 720 for radio check & out: 1710 
USB Voice.  Have heard three very brief USB Voice xmsns here over the 
last year, with no positive ID yet, although what I've heard so far 
"sounds" like US Military or US Government.  Wednesdays & Thursdays, 
around Noon Eastern Time, appear to be the favored times.  Nearby 
(7980.5) data also sometimes interferes. (08/APR/2010) (JLM)
