[MilCom] "D" beacon

0532 utc. The letter "D" has been transmitting from a beacon for the
last hour or so. I have never heard beacons on 8 megs. 8496.5 to be exact
I was not able to find anything in Google. I know there used to be beacons
around the 40 meter QRP frequency of 7040. Test the sensitivity of your 
receivers. It is pretty weak at times. 

 Goes anyone know where this may be coming from?
