[MilCom] 8992.0 - LEGIT 22 with SKYMASTER activity

     8992.0 was active at 2345z with unknown player (could not
understand the id; maybe began with an R; weak/fair levels) ending a
lengthy h+20 EAM restoral xmsn and standing by for traffic.
Underneath him, and at about the same signal strength, LEGIT 22
(muffled audio) was calling SKYMASTER and attempting to pass a single
4-element group: 8?J?.
