[MilCom] Navy on VHF

Al can say and believe what's!!
I heard BLUETAIL on 247.1 pass 139.875 to the Strike package.
Plugged in 139.875 and hearded BLUETAIL passing LAT/Lon's for target's at 
(R-2910) Pinecastle Range.
Freq was used Saturday and early Sunday morning.
Nothing heard since Sunday morning.
This is not the kind of BS we need on MILCOM.
Whether anyone want's to believe it or not, DOD has and is in the process of 
reassigning frequency's.
We never heard these exercise freqs until 3 years ago.
