>Thanks to a heads up from Greg (Saint01) in Michigan and Don Edwards
in NY, I was able to catch the Coronet East flight of BLUE 81 and
Norwegian 31-35 as they made their final leg of today's Eastbound trip
to Bangor for an overnight stay before their next leg to cross the pond
tomorrow.
I heard the same flight by accident from my car yesterday. When I added
378.200 MHz to my PSR-500, I forgot to change the scanlist from the
default and assign it to my Military list, so it was among the local
fire channels. As I can't scan milair in the car (too much interference
from the car's electronics in AM mode), I was mystified to see the
channel pop up on the display until I got home and checked the programming.
In any event, I did listen to the air2air comms among the Norwegians and
BLUE 81 while driving home from the weekly local ham radio buffet lunch.
