[MilCom] 11175.0 - ANDREWS and REYNOLDS

     11175.0 was active at 1600z with ANDREWS (good levels)  beginning
an h+00 restoral of the 28-character EAM I3FZ4N but disregarding it
for a FOXTROT bcst of WUP 02 Auth QU.  ANDREWS restarted the restoral
xmsn of I3FZ4N and the 28-character I3VTUB.

     11175.0 was active at 1627z with REYNOLDS (or sounds like;
noisy/muffled audio; fair to good levels) raising ANDREWS (unheard
here) for a brief hi 'n bye signal check and gone.

     11175.0 was active at 1630z with ANDREWS' h+30 xmsn of I3FZ4N
followed by an ALL STATIONS bcst of the 28-character EAM I3N63P at
1633z.  At the conclusion of I3N63P ANDREWS continued with the h+30
restoral with I3VTUB.

     11175.0 was active at 1700z with ANDREWS (now weak)  bcsting
I3N63P, I3FZ4N and I3VTUB.

     11175.0 was active at 1730z with ANDREWS (weak) bcsting I3N63P
but disregarding it for an ALL STATIONS bcst of the 28-character EAM
I347Q4 at 1732z.  At 1735z ANDREWS resumed the h+30 restoral with
I3N63P, I3FZ4N and I3VTUB.
