[MilCom] VMFT-401 "SNIPERS"

VMFT-401's F-5s are back at MCAS Beaufort to do training operations with the
MCAS Beaufort F/A-18s.  They are using the usual callsign SNIPER and their
usual Tac frequencies 250.300, 268.300, and 300.550.

This morning they've been working in W-157 with TBOLT 5# (VMFA-251) and
NIKEL 3# (VMFA-122) flights on 284.500, 385.300, and 376.900.
