0316z Update:
Moncton Center has requested through Boston Center to tell the ETHYL / HAVOC flight they
can break off from the AR-212 track and refuel on their route direct to the LOGSU waypoint
just East of Newfoundland. ETHYL is still working Boston on 120.250 but should be going
to Moncton Center soon.
That's it, need to get to bed!
