[MilCom] 4848.0 - 3NH

Have been hearing the pretty consistent traffic on 4848 for the past few
hours.  Mostly from 3NH and V9L, sometimes different operators, sometimes
talking over each other.  Also hearing some additional traffic that is more
down in the noise.  Usually the 28 character EAMs, copied some of the ones
you've mentioned plus others.  Just heard a couple more 21 characters.
