[MilCom] 4848.0 - 3NH

     4848.0 was active at 0202z with 3NH (good levels but often fading
to unheard levels) bcsting a 28-character EAM ([ZERO]K3YZ4) and a one
of the variants of TKX7VO. He began 0K3YZ4 as [OSCAR]K3YZ4 but
corrected himself to the ZERO.  Zero's are very rare in EAM strings.
