[MilCom] MIL: 4848.0 and 4515.0 with multiple trigraphs

4515.0 and 4848.0 were active at 0053z with multiple co-channel
trigraphs bcsting variations of TK/TQ EAM strings. Unable to id. Each
string is a slight variation of each other. 6807.0 remains active with
Z0E bcsting similar strings.
