[MilCom] A-10s at Savannah IAP

Earlier in the week, I heard some A-10s working out of Savannah IAP and
flying missions at Townsend Range.  Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday I heard
SWINE 73/74 at Townsend Range on 228.400 and with local ATC on 353.775 with
Savannah App/Dep and 257.800 with Savannah Tower.  They were using 141.150,
which is one of the Savannah CRTC frequencies, for air-to-air.

I did not hear them today, but then again I was running my mouth on the
local 2-meter repeater with one of the area's newly licensed hams.
