[MilCom] MIL: 15016.0 - CLUB DUES standing by for traffic

     15016.0 was active at 1830z with CLUB DUES (fair/good levels to
weak; active fading on signal) bcsting the 32-character EAM 65DKRM and
simulcasting same on at least 11175.0 (fair/weak) and 8992.0
(weak/barely readable) with nothing heard o 4724.0.  He ended his xmsn
with the "standing by for traffic" statement.  H+00/h+30 activity.
Suspected 'glass mission on 24-hour alert for the past couple of days
or more.
