[MilCom] Tuff 23 / 25

1843z 311.000 Tuff 23 still 20 minutes out from field, fuel 85K 7persons on board no weapons or flares on board.  May have a problem with hydrolics.  Did not catch who he was talking to or what airfield enroute to.  I believe Tuff callsign used by B-52 out of Barksdale, so he may be headed there, reception was weak.  

1850z  269.250 Tuff 25 with Fort Worth Center
