[MilCom] 11175.0 - ANDREWS

     11175.0 was active at 0100z with ANDREWS (weak/fair levels here;
sometimes briefly fading into noise floor) bcsting 3 EAM strings
(UN7EJC; DH2DTX; DHYNJT) with each string ending in "ANDREWS out" and
immediately into the next string.  H+00/h+30 restoral activity. She
was up at 0030z with the same set and possibly earlier.
