[MilCom] 11175.0 - ANDREWS

     11175.0 was active at 1629z with a 48-character EAM RB4VFO.  A
littler earlier in the local a.m. (missed the time and preamble)
ANDREWS had been active with a slightly longer RB... series string.
Following the 1629z bcst ANDREWS became busy with many DH... series
strings over maybe the next 45 to 60 minute time period.
