     11175.0 was active at 1930z with SNOWDROP (fair to sometimes good
levels here) bcsting at least 3 28-character EAMs (DHUC3R; DHBLTP;
DHQ5ER) under ANDREWS h+30 restoral xmsn of same.  ANDREWS and
SNOWDROP were about at the same signal levels.

     11175.0 was active at 1938z with SNOWDROP (fair/good) bcsting a
22-character EAM (DHTBTW) preceding ANDREWS 1942z  "all stations" bcst
of same.
