Shuttle Training Aircraft (STA) "NASA 947" is up over the Cape, simulating
Orbiter landings in the event that they Orbiter has to return to the Cape
right after launch.
At the moment, weather conditions at KSC violate the standards for
the Orbiter return to the SLF.
There is only a 40% chance of launch tonight.
In addition, NASA technical folks are considering the effect of some
ice that was seen forming on some of the Shuttle umbilicals.
