[MilCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] Launch is no go at the moment.

It is 11:33pm EDT (0333z).
   The Space Shuttle STS-128 launch is "No go" at the  moment, due to 
weather (Clouds and precipitation).
   The anticipated dissipation of storm clouds and precipitation  did not 
come to fruition.
   Still early though.
