[MilCom] RWY closed at Kelly Field, Lackland AFB?

SLUFF 69 (KC-135R, Rickenbacker) up W/Little Rock CP
349.4 and then 321.0 for a phone patch to Lackland AFB
concerning the runway there.  Found cracks in the
runway.  SLUFF 69 will continue.  They haven't closed
the runway as of yet.  DSN #473-4225

Was told by Memphis ATC that they received a message
that the runway was closed.
