[MilCom] French language on 6721.0

For about 2 minutes I had two stations passing info on 6721.0.  Rather strong for my location [3x5].  I don't think they were simply casual ham operators.

If I had to guess, it sounded like a position or ops status report.  I couldn't tell if they were ground, sea or air.

And they sound European French, not French-Canadian [which I can usually distinguish].

Any ideas?
