0001z : AUTOCRAT wkg Puerto Rico 11220.0 - passing some sort of data streams [I know very little about encrypted comms, so don't know what it was].

AUTOCRAT was having problem receiving msgs .... wanted to know if Puerto Rico's ?bravo or auto? mode was working.  AUTOCRAT would stay up as long as possible since they needed the data for their next activity.

After about 20 mins, they had everything resolved.
