[MilCom] AWACS up again?

Just turned on the scanners and I'm getting hits like a few days ago over NY.

Players involved so far that I've heard:

PYTHON
COBRA
WYATT
GOLIATH
MAINE 85

Freqs heard so far:

254.200  HUNTRESS
316.300  AWACS
276.500  AR-609
354.100  ZBW AWACS #3 GFL, NY

Special Use Airspace website is showing the PLB area as active 1330z-1745z at 31,000 ft.
The last time I saw this area used was March 6 when FOCUS was in the area.  I'm
beginning to think the PLB, AUG, AW-710, ACK-1 and ACK-2 areas are for AWACS.
