[MilCom] Memphis radar out

        Im back for awhile,Huntsville Controllers have
been advising aircraft all morning that Memphis ATC
has a Radar outage again,telling them to stay on their
present squak codes and call center 120.8,Memphis Atc
at Huntsville.
        Also 2 Nasa Birds arrived a short time ago
Nasa 918 and Nasa 908 arrived from Ellington Field
using Vhf 120.8,118.05,125.6,127.6.
