Tremendous TStorms and Tornado watch thru southern New England in the afternoon.

1330 : MAINE 85 [KC-135 ME] & OPEC 13 [KC-10 NJ] on 295.800 AR631
1415 : OPEC 13 clg McGuire Ops on 319.400

1330-1400 : faint comms on 138.525 [158FW VT] and 228.900 HNTRS/AR.  Constant, but not strong enuff to pull out call signs

1451 : EMPIRE 11 x2 [?F/A-18 VFA-106 Oceana] wkg ZBW ATC heading south : 290.350 => 282.300 => 290.200 => 254.300 FL280

NOTE: This is the 'POWER' I reported last week .... definitely the same voice, but I realize he emphasizes em-PIRE, so it sounded like he was saying 'power.'  I believe they were part of the static display @ the Quebec air show.

1525 : COBRA 67 wkg ZBW ATC VHF & BOS A/D - apprently landing @ Logan Intl.

NOTE: not sure what this was ... definitely a heavy.  Do Open Skies use COBRA 6X?

1609 : RCH 7599 [KC-135 57-2599 916ARW NC] wkg Dover Ops on 349.400 - inbnd with 12 pax a ?2 couriers? pllt to loofload, 43. hazard, need sig svc and fleet svc, 49K fuel, alpha 1

2121 : POLO 23 [C-5 NY] wkg Polo Ops on 379.400 - a lot of rerouting due to Wx, 60mi E of field.  If rwy becomes wet, we need approval for R16.  Echo ?104? prking.

2305 : DUCE 15 [KC-10 NJ] wkg MAINE 87 [KC-135 ME] on 238.900 AR212

NOTE: got to hand it to them .... a lil bad wx didn't stop them

2315 : AIR FORCE 1 & unknown on 136.725 - many WX and ride discussions

2321-2345 : AIR FORCE 1 wkg ZBW ATC - direct ZIZZI .... when they got to ZDC, asked for short-cut to BILIT to avoid wx.
