[MilCom] ARROW 25

Thanks for the reports JR. As of 1640z I have ARROW 25 heading back
south to Eglin. Still using 253.7 a/a. Also caught them reporting
inbound to ops on 354.2 (58FS). ATC: 239.35>381.55.
