[MilCom] 11175.0 - GOAL POST

     11175.0 was active at 2006z with GOAL POST (weak/barely readable)
working ANDREWS (unheard rising to weak/barely readable levels) for a
phone patch to a common DSN 271 number for orderwire coordination with
what sounded like DEAD BALL (7 BRAVO; RF18; missed GEP alias) and
gone.
