     11175.0 was active at 1700z with OFFUTT bcsting a 28-character
EAM.  At 1705z freq was keyed for a minute or so by an unknown assumed
player at strong/good levels here with no voice audio.  The keyed xmtr
sounded like yesterday's COLLAPSE.
