Last weekend I moved into another residence which is higher elevation and
closer to the airport. I am now picking up 2-way tower communications and
it is much too busy and is drowning my other frequencies. Today I'm
locking-out VHF tower to see if that helps. Does tower "simulcast" on VHF &
UHF ? I wish there was some way I could only hear the aircraft side of
communications, but that's impossible I guess.
