[MilCom] 8992.0 - INFATUATE standing by for traffic

     8992.0 was active at 0440z with INFATUATE (weak/readable) bcsting
the 44-character EAM LLDM2F and simulcasting same on at least 11175.0
(weak/fair) with nothing heard on 4724.0 and 15016.0.  He finished his
transmission with the "standing by for traffic" statement.  Suspected
TACAMO LANT.
