[MilCom] QUID 99 back in Nashville

1445L/1945Z:

QUID 99 (KC-135R, Mildenhall/USAFE) has just landed
Nashville (KBNA) and it's a big boondoggle.  He will
be overnight and is having to park at the Cargo ramp
on the west side of the field snaking thru all the
closed taxiways.  Why the ANG won't allow him to park
on their ramp overnight is beyond me.  Seems like
since the 118th AW is on the chopping block they would
want to be as accomodating to everyone and be generous
with the PPR's.  

He arrived using VHF ATC freqs 118.4>124.75>118.6
and also up with CP on 322.9 

Will be requesting 115,000Ibs of fuel for departure.
