[MilCom] Russian Strategic Long Range Aviation Missions Spiking Again

I have a piece on the blog this morning about a spike in missions especially 
over the next two days by the Russian Long Range Aviation forces. Time to 
give their freqs a listen as they will be flying mission throughout the
