ISR Usage Re: [MilCom] DMAFB A&A Days - 18 March 07

Thanks John for the great report.  Once again we are seeing confirmation 
that basically AF operational units ARE NOT using ISR radios, only CAP.  I 
highly doubt any flightline support unit is using those low powered radios 
BUT are using typically higher powered VHF/UHF portables.
