[MilCom] Enterprise on 8971

Currently have Enterprise CSG vessels up in Link-11 coordination on 8971 kHz
ECHO FOXTROT, ECHO, HOTEL, KILO, MIKE, JULIET, OSCAR, etc...

With two receivers side by side I just noticed this is a simulcast of 4414 kHz.
