[MilCom] 11175 HF-GCS Getting Pounded

Assuming I'm getting the same thing at 45N 75W it is centered at 11177.3 and 
repeats all across the band at about 17 kHz intervals from about 9.5 to 12 
MHz, and then fading off on either side. Every once in a while there is a 
change in the pattern.
Right now, 1552Z/1052EST, it seems strongest at 10224.9
