[MilCom] 11175 HF-GCS Getting Pounded

Monitoring 11175 via the Alma SWE DXTuners and the freq is getting pounded 
by unid digital signals and Arabic speaking voice traffic. It's so bad that 
King 87 couldn't get an answer for his phone patch request. Not hearing this 
in my Btown MP.
