[MilCom] 11175.0 - SKYMASTER traffic

     11175.0 was active at 0208z with [fair/good levels but faded
during id; something 43; sometimes sounds like ABSENT 43] calling
SKYMASTER "with traffic" and passes NHDZ "acknowledge?" with no known
response..  At 0209z a good level player (female opr; ABSENSE) bcsts
42OZYQ and others, with the other activity going on underneath her,
including someone who passed what sounded like JC88.
