[MilCom] 8992.0 - ABSENCE standing by for traffic

     8992.0 was active at 0110z with ABSENCE (or sounds like; fair
levels here; female opr) bcsting two EAMs (one was 4W5OW),
simulcasting same on at least 11175.0 (weak/fair) and ending with
"Standing by for traffic."  A weak station (? #5) on 8992.0 worked
CORN S (unheard here) "with traffic" after the EAMs and passed a
4-element group.
