[MilCom] REACH 1009

Interesting catch today as REACH 1009 was going to stop at Dover to clear 
customs but
continued on to Pope AFB to clear customs,tail #90-0165 which Scramble has as 
AC-130U 4th SOS gunship.
Listed names on aircraft are "Death before Dawn" and "Thumper".
Sounds like returning from action overseas for sure..Had typical C-130 
background hum
but certainly not your typical C-130...
